• Both divisions were closely contested. The placings generally reflected the average grades, although Pimlico 2 did better than their average grade would have suggested.
• Squad sizes varied from 8 to 20, although most ranged from 10 to 13 and the average was 12. The smaller squads accounted for most of the defaults, although the overall default rate was very low at only 2.3%.
• With the expansion from one to two divisions, the number of players appearing in the League increased significantly from 78 in 2012/13 to 134 in 2013/14.
• Average grades per board were as follows.
